Accepting our terms
By registering an account or playing with us, you agree to these terms. The English version is the authoritative version. We may update our rules, games or services, so you are responsible for reviewing the current terms.
We are licensed and regulated by the Government of Curaçao. You must be 25 or older to play, or meet any higher minimum age imposed by the law where you live. You are also responsible for checking whether online gambling is lawful in your location.
Our games and promotions are entertainment, not a financial service or a source of income. Real-money play involves the risk of loss.
Your account and payments
You may hold only one account per household, device and IP address. Your account is personal and cannot be transferred or used by someone else. If we identify duplicate, connected or otherwise linked accounts, we may close them and confiscate winnings and balances.
Your registration details must be accurate. The name on every card, bank account or wallet used for a deposit must match the name registered on your player account. A mismatch may cause a withdrawal to be cancelled and the account to be closed.
Do not reverse or dispute a valid payment through a chargeback. A deliberate chargeback leads to account closure and may also cause winnings and balances to be confiscated. We apply a 3% processing fee to deposits.
If 120 days pass without a login, or 120 days pass without a wager, your remaining balance is forfeited. We may consider a later withdrawal request individually, but we retain the right to apply this inactivity rule.
Bonus rules
Unless an offer expressly provides otherwise, bonuses have a wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawal. Bonus funds themselves cannot be withdrawn. When you cash out, we remove the bonus amount from the payment.
If you do not want a bonus, tell our support team before placing any wager with it. Once you have started playing, the applicable wagering conditions must be completed or the balance played down to zero.

Cashback funds are not withdrawable and may be removed from a pending cashout. Any extra free-chip balance above the 50-credit limit is also non-withdrawable.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal is 50 in EUR, USD, GBP or AUD. A single request is limited to 1,500 credits, and the monthly limit is 10,000 credits. Amounts above the monthly limit are paid in instalments. Progressive jackpot payments are outside this monthly cap.
Withdrawal approval may take as long as 18 working days after successful authorisation. A transfer fee from 10 to 40 in the withdrawal currency applies based on your location and is set by the payment processor.
Every deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be approved. Promotional deposits remain subject to the particular offer's wagering rules. For a deposit of 249 or less in USD, EUR, GBP or AUD, the most you may withdraw from that play session is 10 times the deposit. We remove any non-withdrawable remainder after approval.
We may request documents and information to verify your identity and account. You must supply everything required within 30 days after requesting the withdrawal. If you miss that deadline, we cancel the request. Approval also depends on completion of all relevant wagering and verification requirements.
Deposit refunds
You may request a deposit refund within 24 hours of the original transaction. Your compliance review must already be complete and approved. The request must concern a game malfunction supported by a screenshot, credits that could not be played and remain unused, or an incorrect charge supported by a statement. Refund processing fees depend on the payment method.
Refer a friend
The person you refer must be a new player and must consent to you supplying their details. You cannot participate from the same computer or IP address, and the friend's email must not already belong to a player or match yours.
Your friend must open a real-money account. Their first deposit must be no less than 25 in USD, EUR or GBP. After we receive and verify the required details and the qualifying deposit, the bonus is awarded to both of you after 48 hours.
Keeping play fair
Fraud, collusion, money laundering, bonus abuse, automated play, software exploitation and other conduct that creates an unfair advantage are prohibited. We may void bets and withhold or confiscate funds obtained through prohibited conduct. We may also close an account and report unlawful activity when required.
We may ask for identity, address and payment documents when reviewing deposits or withdrawals. You must keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly if you believe another person has accessed your account.
